This Marriage Certificate 1891 was interesting and somewhat complicated. I tested 12 inks and 16 different pen nibs before I found a combination would make the lines I wanted without tearing the paper or Having the ink bleed all over. 2025
Alfred & Marie: Marriage certificate, 1891
This Marriage Certificate from 1891 was barely legible and greatly faded. I was able to restore it by darkening the tet and re-coloring the hand painted flowers and decoration.

The Soho House opened a Portland location in 2023, and celebrated with a dinner party for 45 members and staff at Blockhouse Nursery in NW Portland. The place cards were simple and classy- Italic with black ink on white cardstock.
